With prize money totalling 600,000 Euros and five FEI Longines world ranking classes on offer several big names have headed to Glock's Horse Performance Center this weekend and it was Ben Maher that went away with the win in the opening 1.45 class.

Sixteen of the over eighty riders went clear in this speed class, and it was extremely close on top with Maher and Contigo 37 (Calato x Quidam de Revel) stopping the clock on 61.62 seconds while Marco Kutscher and Balermo (Baloubet du Rouet x Silvio I) crossed the finish line on 61.68. "I’m here for the first time and I’m amazed. It’s astonishing how the horses, riders and all the spectators are treated!" said Ben Maher in the winner’s interview. Third place was secured by Robert Whitaker, always good for a fast and clear round, on USA Today (Heartbreaker x Capitol I).
