In January, the Mediterranean Equestrian Tour in Oliva Nova, Spain, kicked off the 2019 season with the Spring MET I. Some of the best horses and riders in the world chose to kick start their season at MET I, with names like Scott Brash, Roger-Yves Bost, Marlon Modolo Zanotelli, Gregory Wathelet, Jérôme Guery and Gudrun Patteet all present in Oliva - to only mention a few from the total of 750 horses and 195 riders that took part in the two weeks of competition at Spring MET I.
