Two Belgian riders followed; Jerome Guery on Boyfriend du Seigneur (Calvaro x Darco) in second and Constant van Paesschen on his new ride Carlow van de Helle (Caretino x Corofino I) in third. Guery was just over a second slower than Harley, while Van Paesschen followed 0.26 seconds behind Guery.
