Friday’s horse inspection in Rio went by quite smoothly, and the jumpers are now ready to compete at the Olympic Games.
All the horses passed the inspection, except for the Argentinian reserve – that will have to trot up again tomorrow. Four horses were send to the holding box, including reigning Olympic Champion Nino des Buissonnets, but passed on the second attempt.
The jumping starts on Sunday, but the horses already get to look at the ring in tomorrow’s warm-up jumping.
