Beezie Madden and her WEG-partner Cortes C' with another good performance, but four faults from the first round placed them as number nine after two rounds.

Also Christian Ahlmann and Codex One had four faults from the first round to finally end as number ten.

Constant van Paesschen and Citizenguard Toscan de Sainte Hermelle picked up too many faults to qualify for the second round.

Another small horse with a big heart for jumping is Lauren Hough's ride Ohlala. The two qualified for the second round in Aachen and ended as number 15 with a total of 12 faults.

Kevin Staut and Reveur de Hurtebise HDC had a clear first round and four faults in the second round to end as number 14.

Edwina Tops-Alexander and Ego van Orti had a rainy day in Aachen and did not qualify for the second round.

Jur Vrieling has developed another horse for the big classes. Vdl Zirocco Blue N.O.P cleared the fences in both rounds, but picked up a total of two time faults - one from each round. Good enough for eighth place.
