CSIO5* Dublin Horse Show 2015

Hi everybody,

Last day at the RDS looked like being a good one. After checking the start list for the GP we were 35 to go.

First we had Nikki to jump the accumulater; she was super fast but had the joker - a huge vertical. She never saw a big grass ring and big fences like this week so she did a great job. She is one of Molly's field friends so they will have lot of chats about Dublin on Wednesday.

Bertram was as always busy giving interviews and autographs; the birds love him - looks like whole Ireland has a picture of him!

So we saw him back in the warm up for the Grand Prix, and what should I say him and the Boss (he is not the little homo anymore Sean Lynch..) - they delivered a fabulous clear round! We send Brian and his girfriend (friends of Bertram) of to organize carrots - no idea how and where, but they got some.

One problem solved next problem came up - very fast horses in the jump-off... Bertram watched Kent and decided to give it a try! They've been brilliant, but then came to short around to a big brown oxer but couldn't get it. But like this no one can say they didn't try, we came 7th in the end so still happy!

Now plenty of packing and taking all the flags down and store them for Aachen. Then its home time; ferry in the morning at 8 - will drive along the beach so Romanov, who loves to be at the beach, can have nice view out of his lorry window.

See ya next year Dublin; still few achievements to get after Bertram winning all the pony classes there (4 years ago)! Being best international rider 2013, winning GP 2014 and Nations Cup 2015. We go for the speed derby next year and why not a few more GPs and Nation Cups!

Thanks for reading and cheering xxx

Marlen
