Roger-Yves Bost and Jessica Kürten's former super star Myrtille Paulois has welcomed a foal to the world, and the father is no other than Vivaldo vh Costersveld - that also had a very successful career under the two riders.

Both horses were retired from the sport in 2014, but very sadly Vivaldo passed away at the age of 17 last year after an unfortunate accident in the paddock.

With Bosty in the saddle, the now 16-year-old Myrtille Paulois had a hughely successful career winning the individual gold medal for France at the 2013 Europeans in Herning as the highlight. Together with Bosty the mare also won the CSI5* World Cup in Helsinki in 2012, the CSI5* Equita Masters in Lyon in 2012, the CSI5* Grand Prix in Basel in 2012 as well as being on the winning French Nations Cup team in Rotterdam in 2014 – to mention just a few of her many successes.

Vivaldo had no less than 58 international podium appearances during his career, including 27 wins.

Nous avons de belles nouvelles de Myrtille Paulois qui vient de donner naissance à une mini Myrtille. Un double bonheur car le papa de cette pouliche est Vivaldo ❤️
