After the first leg of the 2016 Furusiyya FEI Nations Cup Europe Division 2 in Linz, the standings of the league are as follows:

1.    Poland: 100 points

2.    Ukraine: 90 points

3.    Norway: 80 points

4.    Spain: 65 points

5.    Austria: 55 points

6.    Luxembourg: 50 points

7.    Russia: 45 points

8.    Hungary: 35 points

The rules for the Furusiyya FEI Nations Cup Europe Division 2 have changed for this season, and national federations do no longer select or declare the events at which they intend to participate for points - which means that there is no longer an allocation system in regards to picking up points.

Instead, teams earn points at any and every event in Europe Division 2 – but can only count their four best results for the overall standings. Points will be distributed at each Division 2 event according to each team’s classification in the competition, not their classification in relation to other teams from the same region.
