After a fantatsic career, that counts three European Championships and three World Cup Finals as well as major Grand Prix wins from Vienna (2015) and Madrid (2015), the curtains closed for the 19-year-old stallion Winningmood (Darco x Cassini I) in Paris last night. 

After jumping his final round in the international ring earlier in the day, Winningmood got a beautiful retirement ceremony on Saturday night with his rider Luciana Diniz, his former rider Ludo Philippaerts, his owner Edouard de Rothschild and his groom Vlademir Wickert among his key persons present. 

Winningmood will now focus on his breeding career at the Haras du Meautry in Deauville, France.
