Martin Fuchs’ 12-year-old gelding Cristo (Cristo x Stakkato) has been sold to the US, and will in the future be seen with Samantha Kasowitz – an up-and-coming 20-year-old rider training with Missy Clark and John Brennan at North Run. Kasowitz recently won the 1.45m SJHOF High Amateur Owner Classic at the Winter Equestrian Festival, riding Tixie des Hayettes.
Fuchs has had lots of success with Cristo, and this year the pair won a 1.45m class at CSI5*-W Basel and a 1.45m class at CSI4*-W Wellington.
On his Instagram page, Fuchs writes:
"Goodbye my little star. For 3 years you have been the most loyal horse there is. Enjoy your new job teaching @samkaaz how it’s done! Thank you @northrun for taking well care of this little gem!"
