Top horses sold

E-mail Print PDF

It is reported that Aleksandr Onishenko – an Ukranian oil millionaire - has bought three top horses lately. Jos Lansink’s SWB-stallion Spender S (Silbersee x Caretino) is apparently among the horses that have been sold to Onishenko, as is the SF-stallion Lord if de Chalusse (If de Merzé x Fury de la Cense) – up until now ridden by Danish rider Karina Rie Trulsen. The Ukranian already went on a shopping-spree when he bought the Calido-stallion Campione H from the Swiss rider Werner Muff a few weeks ago.

It was also rumored that Onishenko had bought the wonderful 12 year old BWP-stallion Vivant (Fuego du Prelet x Landino) - who was Chris Chugg’s WEG-partner. The sale has later been denied by Chugg’s wife Helen to horsemagazine.com.
