Cian O’Connor reports on his website that he unfortunately won’t be starting K Club Lady again in Kentucky, as the mare showed signs of a twisted fetlock after yesterday’s competition. O’Connor says that it’s nothing serious, but with so many big rounds to come he wouldn’t take the risk of exasperating this mild knock.
So sad for O’Connor, and we will surely miss the fantastic K Club Lady in the days to come.
