No rain, coffee, face cream and a little cycle ride to the stable to start my day.
Feed my boys and got Connie ready for longing, nice morning stroll up to the ring, he was busy showing off to everyone, so took a while to get him settled enough to stroll calmly back to the stables.
By this time Jan-Hein, our team vet, was up and about waiting to look at our horses. So we did Cop first, I still hadn't had any food and only one coffee so far, Jan-Hein sadly got the grumpy side of me, I was being a bit short and not chatty like normal. So after trotting Cop, he very cleverly went and got me more coffee, good man!!!! Shortly after that breakfast arrived with my team members and sigh of relief, back to chatty, happy, Kay!!!!
Marcus rode Plotty said he was really good, big smiles (from me). Rode Connie who was also well behaved, lucky for him. After my longing efforts!!!
Plot was jumping for fun today, and he really jumped great and everyone was very happy with him. We love Plot Blue!!! Plotty also got a rosette, so he could go in the ring for prizes, which he loves to do.
Then it was Cop's turn to go riding, he was in bed when I came back to make him ready, so I felt very mean to kick him out of his bed, but there was no choice. Gave him some sugar to cheer him up.
Connie was going to jump the big class, but Marcus very sensibly decided it was to much of a course for him to manage at the moment. Connie's too special to be rushed into things and we have plenty of time with him. But I had already plaited him, just practicing!!!!
So nice, I got to finish early and had time for grazing with Moppy!!!
Was eating dinner, which is very good here. At the same time panicking that I wasn't gonna see the England football match. Got back to the truck and yes, silly me wrong day, they play tomorrow.... So really won't be able to see it, because I'll be driving, bummer!!!!!!
