AD Camille Z put to sleep after fall in Geneva

Very sadly AD Camille Z had to be put to sleep after a serious fall in Geneva. Photo by Jenny Abrahamsson.Tragically, Athina Onassis De Miranda's top horse AD Camille Z has been put to sleep after a fall in Geneva. The accident happened during the Credit Suisse Grand Prix, when the 11 year old mare fell in the jump over an oxer. AD Camille Z had to be brought out of the ring by a horse ambulance to be attended to by veterinary specialists, but very sadly there was nothing that could be done for the mare and in order for her not to suffer unnecessary she was put to sleep.

Our thoughts go out to Athina and her team for their terrible loss.
