Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games | The World Championship from A to Z in images

Saturday, 13 September 2014

We continue our journey through the World Championships, and have reached the day of the top four final. One that was totally laid back to the entire affair was Casall Ask, that showed zero stress - on the contrary he seemed pretty happy to get to be a part of it all. Photos by Jenny Abrahamsson.

Zenith SFN was a little bit more sceptical, but with support from his groom Rike and Chef d'Equipe Rob he stayed quite calm during the entire final. Casall Ask being taken care of by Bo. Cortes 'C' and Clark seemed to have a little talk. Cortes 'C' also stayed calm and relaxed. Happy horses - with a very low stress level - contributed to a great top four final. Here Orient Express HDC. Beezie was the first to take on Casall Ask after Rolf, here warming up within the three minutes allowed. Zenith SFN being well taken care of between the rounds. Kevin and Cortes 'C' having a quiet moment. Patrice getting on Cortes 'C'. Casall Ask and his groom Celia. Patrice was the first new rider on Cortes 'C', and did a great clear round on the gelding. Jeroen getting ready to ride Orient Express HDC. A little water for Cortes 'C'. All eyes on Jeroen. Who rode Orient Express HDC brilliantly to a clear round! Celia dries up Orient Express HDC to make him ready for Rolf.
