Alvaro de Miranda secures Clouwni for Marlon Zanotelli to the WEG 2014

Saturday, 10 August 2013

Marlon Zanotelli and Clouwni. Photo Noelle Floyd. Alvaro de Miranda has secured the 10 year old Clouwni (Colman x La Zarras) for Brazil´s Marlon Zanotelli. Clouwni has had very good results lately under Ashford Farm´s stable jockey – and as offers kept ticking in there was a big chance that the gelding would leave Zanotelli for a new rider. Zanotelli´s compatriot Doda stepped in though, buying half of the horse and securing him for Marlon until the World Equestrian Games in Normandie.

´I am very grateful that Doda and Victory Equestrian has bough half of Clouwni, supporting Marlon towards the WEG in Normandie – it of course means a lot both for Ashford Farm and for Marlon that Clouwni has been secured for the next year,´ Enda Carrol says to WoSJ. Carrol still owns 25 % of the horse together with Jos Lansink.
