The biggest class at the Z-Tour in Lanaken on Saturday went to Amy Graham and Christian Ahlmann. The Ratina Z arena hosted two 3* classes today; a two phase 1.40 class and a 1.45 class against the clock. With extremely long start lists, the classes had been divided into two with double placed riders all the way from first down to the last rider - hence all the joint winners.
In the 1.45 class it was Australian rider Amy Graham and Christian Ahlmann that took home the first prize. The Australian rider’s victory came on Bella Baloubet (by Baloubet du Rouet), while Ahlmann rode Asca Z (by Askari). Joint second were Frederik Knorren from Germany and Ibrahim Bisharat from Jordan; Knorren was riding El Rubin (by El Bundy) and Bisharat rode Quick Star. Third place was shared between Russia’s Vladimir Beletsky on Rocketman 2 (by Raphael) and Douglas Lindelöw from Sweden aboard Caliando (by Calino).
The 1.40 class went to Norwegian rider Victoria Gulliksen on Billy Buttercup (by Vectha) and Dominique Hendrickx from Belgium riding Emir (by Phin Phin). Joint second were Lukasz Koza from Poland aboard Chelsea Blue (Chacco Blue) and Sweden’s Johan Lundh on Miebello (by Quite Easy). Denis Lynch and Holger Wulschner shared third place, Lynch was riding Boemerang 2 (by Kannan) and Wulschner was aboard Fine Lady 5 (by Forsyth).
