Another win for Nina Fagerström!

Nina Fagerström took her second win in Mechelen, this time with Viva. Photo by Jenny Abrahamsson, worldofshowjumping.com.Nina Fagerström and Viva won the Grand Prix at the 5* show in Mechelen after a double clear in the 1,50 m class. 15 out of 41 riders in the "Grote Prijs Topsport Vlaanderen" went on to the jump-off.

Pilar Cordon with Nuage Bleu (Fildor de Largival) was first to go in the jump-off and she did a clear round that let her stay in the lead for quite a while as the next seven riders got four or eight faults. But then Jos Lansink with Casper van Spieveld (Mr. Blue x Capital) managed to be clear and exactly one second faster than Cordon so he took over the lead.

Jos on the other hand didn´t stay in the lead for long as Nina Fagerström and Viva (Corrado x Nimmerdor) started right after and they were clear and the fastest one in the class. Kevin Staut with Nangaye de Kergane (Grand Clef Bleus x Type délle) did a clear jump-off as well but couldn´t do anything about the times from the other three that were clear so he ended up in fourth position.
