Antares F (Araconit x Cento) and Super Trooper de Ness (Vigo d’Arsouilles x Polydor) can now be seen under Switzerland's Beat Mändli. The two horses have had great success under McLain Ward – Antares F was McLain’s partner at the Olympic Games in 2012, while Super Trooper de Ness jumped to 5th place overall at the World Cup Final in Gotherburg last year. Mändli now trains Katie Dinan – whose family’s Grant Road Partners owns both horses.
Mändli has already competed the horses at the Winter Equestrian Festival in Wellington, and did two good rounds with both in yesterday's 1.45 class.
Katie Dinan has confirmed to WoSJ that Beat will ride the two horses this circuit.
