Skilfully, Puck piloted the only 8-year-old mare over 1.50 m course to leave the rest of his competitors behind in this sixty rider class after a very fast clear round at 67.25 seconds. "I am speechless. This is one of my biggest successes, and with such a young horse! I'm very happy," said Puck after his win.

Puck had almost three seconds down to the Finnish runner-up who was aboard Armani the Gun CH (Abanos x Ramiro Z), while national hero and legend Hugo Simon followed with a clear round in 71.18 seconds.
