Ben Maher is on fire!

Saturday, 22 December 2012

Ben Maher won "The Christmas Masters" with Tripple X III. Ben Maher won two classes at Olympia Horse Show in London on Friday. Cian O'Connor did win the first class of the day with Splendor (Lester x Marinier) ahead of Penelope Leprevost with Nice Stephanie (Cardento x Ralme Z) and Fit for Fun (For Pleasure x Fabriano), but the rest of the Friday was all about Ben.

Ben rode Milena (Caretino x Le Grand) in "The Kingsland Christmas Tree Stakes" - 1.50  class and he won with more than a second after a speedy round. Second place went to Marcus Ehning with Campbel (Contendro x Argentan) and Cian O'Connor had another good performance and took the third place with Ishd Dual Star (Quickstar x Concorde).

"The Christmas Masters" was the last class of the day and only seven riders had qualified for this class. Once again Ben Maher was on top - this time with Tripple X III (Namelus R x Cantango). Roger Yves Bost and Castle Forbes Vivaldo van he (Clinton x Randel Z) was second and Scott Brash with Ursula XII (Ahorn x Pagageno) third.

After Friday's classes Ben Maher has a big lead of "H&M leading rider of the show" with Roger Yves Bost on second place before Luca Maria Moneta and Scott Brash.
