Bufero van het Panishof and Dirk Demeersman part ways

Wednesday, 02 April 2014

Dirk Demeersman and Bufero van het Panishof in Aachen last year. Photo by Jenny Abrahamsson.Dirk Demeersman and his top horse Bufero van het Panishof sadly part ways. The 13 year old stallion by Parco x Polidiktus is now back with his owners. According to Studforlife.com the decision was made as Dirk and the owners had different opinions regarding the horse.

Dirk and Bufero van het Panishof have had some great results together. The pair was on the winning Belgian Nations Cup team in Budapest last year, and they also contributed strongly to Belgium's second place in the Nations Cup in Aachen last year jumping two clear rounds. Dirk and Bufero were also a part of the Belgian team at the Olympic Games in 2012, at the Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games in 2010 as well as at the Europeans in 2011 and 2013.
