CSI5*-W Zürich; Something old, something new... (and also something blue)

Tuesday, 29 January 2013

During the CSI5*-S show in Zürich the past weekend some combinations made their comeback after a break, while some took the opportunity to let new stars shine. Here are some of the comebacks, and some of the new kids on the block. First out; Edwina Tops-Alexander’s new ride Florette van het Lambroeck – an 8 year old For Pleasure-daughter that looks very promising. All photos by Jenny Abrahamsson.

Gerco Schröder on the 9 year old stallion VDL Groep Zagreb by Querlybet Hero x Heartbreaker. The only 7 year old Swedish bred Turmalin is by Malin’s top ride H&M Tornesch, and looks like a real star for the future. After some time away from the international ring Coupe de Coeur made a comeback with Ludger back in the saddle. The stallion is now 16 years old.Lifou - a 14 year old French mare by Apache d'Adriers can now be seen under Clarissa Crotta (the blue...).
