Conor Swail won the 1,50 m Trofeo Longines at the CSI4* La Coruna on Saturday. Riding Lansdowne (Guidam x Wolfgang), the Irish rider was slightly faster than runner-up Samuel Parot on Quick du Pottier (Hurlevent de Breka). Then it was almost two seconds down to third placed Bernardo Alves on Starling 7 (Stakkato x Calvaro), who was followed by Sergio Alvarez Moya aboard Carlo (Contender x Cascavelle) and Daniel Neilson on Varo M (Pierrot x Weinfurst).
Leon Thijssen took the win in the 1,45 m class with Quintera (Kannan x Quick Star). Sergio Alvarez Moya and Abab van het Molenhor (Nabab de Reve x Calypso) ended second, while Julien Epaillard with Sephora Sonzeenne (Kannan x Ticket Chick) was third.
The first class of the day - a 1,35 m speed class - was won by Karim Elzoghby with Symphonie de Fantelle (Allegreto x Super de Bourriere). Second place went to Laura Renwick with Beluga (Heartbreaker x Darnels) while Ibrahim Hani Bisharat on Atleet (Triomphe de Muze) ended third.
