All Star use to be called All For Love. Photo by Jenny Abrahamsson.A lot of top horses change their names during their careers, and Ben Maher's super mare Cella is one of them. Cella was born with the name Centoia van't Roosakker,  a name that reflects her pedigree as she is by the stallion Cento and out of the mare Usha van't Roosakker.

Nick Skelton's Big Star was originally named What a Quickstar K, and of course the name reflects the fact that he is by the stallion Quick Star.

Jur Vrieling's ride VDL Bubalu started his days as Triumph VDL, and Marc Houtzager's Sterrehof's Tamino was once named Tarzan. Denis Lynch's All Star was born as All For Love before it got changed to his name as it is today.
