Have you ever wondered who dress the riders when they are out competing? WoSJ will try to give you the answers. Let's start with the most obvious one, and maybe the most stylish of all: Edwina Tops-Alexander. The Australian rider can be recognized in her lovely jacket tailored by Gucci, with matching saddle cloths and fly hats for the horses. Edwina also sports the brands famous red and green stripes on belts, socks, shoes and other accessories – looking very glamorous when at events.
Ludger Beerbaum, Meredith Michaels-Beerbaum, Marco Kutscher, Phillip Weishaupt and Henrik von Eckermann won't necessarily make it into Vogue with their grey jackets with orange collars – but it unifies them all into the Team DZ Bank.
Beat Mändli, Judy-Ann Melchior, Angelica Augustsson and Leopold Van Asten are among the international riders dressed by the popular brand Kingsland – and are also the face of the brand in their catalogues and commercials.
Kevin Staut on the other hand has made his own collection, and dresses up in KS by Scabald. Staut's competition jacket can easily be singled out as his own brand by looking for its customized details like the elbow patches – very smart indeed, but what else to expect from a former Gucci model?
Christian Ahlmann's blue jacket with yellow collar means that he rides for Zangersheide Stud, as does his girlfriend Judy-Ann Melchior. Malin Baryard-Johnsson and Peder Fredricsson are dressed by H&M; and can also be spotted wearing the brand's clothes outside the ring – at the Swedish Sports Gala Malin wore a pink dress from the H&M Versace collection.
