Douglas Lindelöw takes Thursday's speed class in Falsterbo

Thursday, 11 July 2013

Douglas Lindelöw won on home soil in Falsterbo. Photo by Jenny Abrahamsson. The first international class for the showjumpers in Falsterbo was a 1.45 class on Thursday morning, and it was Douglas Lindelöw on Balahe (Baloubet du Rouet x Flamingo) that took home the win after a clear and fast round. The class had no less than 84 riders in it, and many of them used the opportunity to school their horses around the eleven fence track in the grass ring. Fastest of them all was the Swedish combination though, at a time of 51.94 seconds. Runner-up was Leon Thijssen aboard another Baloubet du Rouet-daughter - Ulena - who was as much as 2,1 seconds behind. Then followed Jur Vrieling in third on KM Carrera (Clearway x Mentor).
