Drammen Part Two - The Horses

Saturday, 23 June 2012

The beautiful and well jumping Ballymore Eustace and Capt. Shane Carey. All pictures by Hanne Christensen.

Bassem Hassan Mohammed and Sidoline van de Centaur produced a clear first round.
Björn Nagel working hard over the last fence - but it paid off on the beautiful stallion Niack De L'Abbaye.
Home rider Geir Gulliksen was back in form in Drammen together with his now sixteen year old partner L'Espoir.
Joep Raijmakers wanted to give his horse a little extra help getting over the last fence.
Marcus Westergren gave the class an interesting start when his horse lost its bridle.
Marcus tried to get it back on himself..
..but in the end he had to get help doing that which got him eliminated.
A WoSJ favorite - Almero 12 and his rider Natale Chiudani. The combination was clear in the first round, but had one stop in the second which gave them a total of seven faults.
At one point it was quite busy in the arena with three horses and riders at the same time.
Not all horses wanted to jump the last fence- the Kingsland oxer.
Two nice rounds in Drammen from Rikke Haastrup and Luganer. Their total score were four faults after two rounds.
Beautiful Warwick, ridden by Roelof Bril.
Luca Marziani and his lovely horse Wivina in pouring rain.
Manuel Anon and Rackel Chavannaise helped Spain securing second place today.
The Norwegian hope for the future. Stein Endresen's amazing eight year old ride Cabachon by Casall La Silla.
Katharina Offel and her Ukrainian team have a string of horses you can only dream of. In Drammen Offel was riding the fourteen year old stallion Vivant.
Roberto Arioldi and Lagerfeld 19.
