Eric Lamaze new co-owner of Wang Chung m2s

Friday, 13 January 2012

Eric Lamaze now co-owns Wang Chung m2s. Photo by Jenny Abrahamsson.Eric Lamaze has purchased 50% of Morningside Stud’s Wang Chung m2s (Royal Bravour x Ahorn). In early September 2011 the stallion came to Eric, after a successful start on his career with Felix Hassmann. Lamaze has already competed the horse at a few events, such as Caen, Verona and Paris.

Dr. Thomas Reed – the owner of Morningside Stud – states on the stud’s website: “When Eric began riding Wang Chung I was very pleased, of course. But when Eric asked to buy half of the stallion I was even more delighted because he believes so much in the stallion’s potential and he was willing to enter into a long-term partnership between Torrey Pines Stable and Morningside Stud. I believe there is no better rider and horseman in the world to develop Wang Chung for top international sport.”
