Eurocommerce London's passport back with the bank

Wednesday, 12 September 2012

Gerco and Eurocommerce London in London. Photo by Jenny Abrahamsson.Once again Gerco Schröder has been deprived of the possibility to take Eurocommerce London abroad. According to horses.nl it has been decided today that Rabobank will keep London's passport, despite earlier reports that the  passport was to be delivered back to the owner of the horse enabling Gerco to compete the stallion abroad.

London is one of several Eurocommerce horses that have been declared as property of the bankrupt company Eurocommerce. Through legal actions earlier this month Eurocommerce managed to get the passports back so that the horses could compete abroad, but now the passports are back with the bank again.
