Photo (c) Tiffany Van Halle. At the Longines Los Angeles Masters US rider Kent Farrington won Friday's City of Los Angeles Trophy. Farrington's win was of course very popular among the home crowd, who witnessed Kent guiding the 11 year old Willow (Guidam x Little Rock) to one of the seven double clears in this 42 rider class. As always, Farrington was extremely fast in the jump-off that counted no less than sixteen riders.

With over a second down to runner-up Jur Vrieling and the veteran VDL Bubalu (Baloubet du Rouet x Nimmerdor), Farrington took a comfortable win in this 1.50 class and the top prize of 27555 USD. Third was another US rider; Beezie Madden on Simon (Mr. Blue x Polydox).
