France won the Nations Cup in Lummen after two rounds on amazing zero faults. Both Marc Dilasser with Obiwan de Piliere Jo and Aymeric De Ponnat with Armitages Boy were double clear. France's fourth rider Olivier Guillon and Lord de Theize were clear in the first round and did not have to come to start in the second round as they had already secured the win with a clear round from Jerome Hurel and Ohm de Ponthual in the second round.
Switzerland, who had the winning team in Linz, also secured second place in Lummen with a total of four faults. Their team in Lummen conssted of Romain Duguet and Quorida de Treho, Martin Fuchs with Conte della Caccia, Carlo Pfyffer with Notre Moinerie and Andreas Ott aboard Loxy de la Reselle CH.
After the top two it was a big jump down to the Netherlands in third place at 17 faults with Leon Thijssen andHaertthago, Roelof Bril riding Warwick, Peter Bulthuis and Atlanta and Henk van de Pol with Warrant.
Five teams could obtain points in Lummen for the Furusiyya FEI Nations Cup. These teams being Norway, Belgium, Finland, Turkei and Sweden. Click here to see the list of the division 2 teams.
