Germans dominate on home soil in Neumünster Grand Prix

Sunday, 16 February 2014

Holger Wulschner and Fine Lady 5 - here seen in Hannover. Photo by Jenny Abrahamsson. The home riders dominated in the three star Grand Prix in Neumünster on Sunday, taking hold of the top three places. Coming in as last to go in the seven horse jump-off, Holger Wulschner gave it his all around the shortened seven fence track riding Fine Lady 5 (Forsyth x Drosselklang II) stealing the win from Carsten-Otto Nagel with a time that was 0.68 seconds faster. Nagel thus had to settle for second after two great clear rounds on Holiday By Solitur (Contendro I x Cascavelle). Patrick Stühlmeyer ended third on Chasmo (Chin Chin x Indoctro) – also he double clear, but over two seconds behind the winner.
