Gotha FRH, Corradina and Cocochynsky not to jump in the final at the European Championships

Friday, 23 August 2013

All horses passed the vet-check. Photo by Jenny Abrahamsson. All horses passed the vet-check this afternoon in Herning, but Gotha FRH, Corradina and Cocochynsky will not to jump in the final at the European Championships on Saturday. Gotha FRH – ranked as number 20 ahead of the final tomorrow – will not jump as she has sustained a minor injury. "Of course it is sad and most of all for the horse who has been jumping really well. But even if it looks like a very small injury, I don't want to take any chances and I'm really happy it didn't happen earlier during the championships. As it looks now she will be just fine in a couple of days," Henrik says to WoSJ.

These combinations will be replaced by Maikel van der Vleuten with VDL Groep Verdi, Andreas Schou with Vivaldi K and Luca Maria Moneta with Neptune Brecourt.
