There were some exciting five year olds competing at the FEI World Breeding Jumping Championships in Lanaken last weekend. Here is Christian Ahlmann on the Air Jordan Z-clone Air Jordan Alpha Z. All photos by Jenny Abrahamsson.

 This apple did not fall far from the tree: Levisto Z also had a clone competing -  Levisto Alpha Z with Judy-Ann Melchior in the saddle. Angelica Augustsson ended second in the final with the lovely Ard Ginger Pop, an Irish bred mare by Luidam x Cruising. The Danish couple of Anica Kristoffersen and Play Girl (Party Dance x Calato) ended fifth in the final. The Netherland's Anouk de Ruijter with the KWPN-bred Esme (Numero Uno x Lord).  Finland's Emilia Kerimaa with Eurvette O (Ard Vdl Douglas x Manhattan). Germany's Karl Brocks and the Hannoveraner gelding Quaid Good (Quaid x Graf Grannus) were placed 8th in the final. Marlon Zanotelli and Cool Clarimo (Clamiro x Concerto II) took the bronze medal. Robbert Ehrens with the stallion Chacco Me Biolley (Chacco Blue x Argentan). The winner of the championship: Maikel van Mierlo with the KWPN-gelding Earley (Harley VDL x Indorado).
