It was a very happy Haras Des Coudrettes-team that took to the podium in Saint-Tropez after the Grand Prix! Pictured is the winner Patrice Delaveau with Carinjo HDC's owners Emmanuèle and Armand Perron-Pette. All photos by World of Showjumping.
Another sucessful rider at the event was Ashford Farm-rider Angelica Augustsson who opened up the fantastic show with a win in the 1.45 on Quiet Easy.
Gregory Wathelet won Friday's 1.50 class on Riesling du Monselet.
While Bosty had little luck, Castle Forbes Myrtille Paulois lost a shoe in Friday's 1.50 and the French rider retired. Bosty also retired Qoud'Coeur de la Loge from the Grand Prix on Saturday.
Daniel Deusser was not so lucky either, with a time fault in Friday's big class on Cornet D'Amour who jumped amazing and then a rail down on the first fence in the Grand Prix on Fyloe V. Claeyssenhof.
It was also just a rail that kept Spain's in-form Sergio Alvarez Moya and Carlo away from the jump-off in the Grand Prix on Saturday.
Ashford Farm came strong in force and delivered. Next to Angelica's win on Thursday, Marlon Zanotelli was fourth with Extra van Essene in Thursday's 1.45, second with AD Clouwni in the 1.50, fifth with Extra van Essene in Friday's 1.50 and placed in the Grand Prix on AD Clouwni.
Penelope Leprevost rode Mylord Carthago *HN as the news broke that the stallion will be auctioned off in September - although on the condition to compete in French colours until the end of his sporting career.
Patrice's groom got a medal for Carinjo HDC's performances in Saint-Tropez.

In true Saint-Tropez style it got so wet on the podium that it was hard to spot the top three!

It was a very happy Patrice that could celebrate his win in front of the home crowds!
