After collecting points at seven of the eight legs, it is Jamie Kermond who has taken the lead in the Australian league of the World Cup. Kermond won the qualifiers in Toowoomba and Brisbane, and was second in Adelaide and fourth in Melbourne – the two last legs that have been held in Australia so far. Jamie actually took home the win in Melbourne as well - but the victory came on the stallion Valhalla, and not on his World Cup horse in the class which was fourth placed Colthaga. The good results have brought Kermond a total of 110 points at this stage.
Billy Raymont is second on 73 points. Chris Chugg is rank three on 60 points together with Brook Dobbin. The next leg of the league will take place in the middle of November.
