Johannes Ehning in his own stable

Sunday, 09 November 2014

Johannes Ehning. Photo by Jenny Abrahamsson. After many years of successful collaboration with his brother and father, Johannes Ehning has decided to start on his own and is now working independently out of his own place in Stadtlohn, Germany. There Ehning will concentrate on his horse business of buying and selling horses, as well as the training of showjumpers.

Marcus Ehning and his father will remain on the family farm and will continue to run Sportpferde Ehning GbR.

Nicole Persson, who has been riding for the Ehnings for many years, has also decided to work for herself and has moved her horses to Ibbenbüren, closer to her boyfriend Christian Kukuk, himself a rider for Ludger Beerbaum. Nicole will be running her own showjumping table there and will continue training young horses.
