Kingsland AS, the designer and manufacturer of Kingsland equestrian apparel and horse gear, has signed a sponsor contract with one of the equestrian sport super stars, the successful show jumper Marcus Ehning (Germany). Marcus Ehning is three times World Cup winner, has team gold medals from the Olympics, World Equestrian Games and the Europeans, he won the GCT overall in 2010 and has numerous Grand Prix victories. Together with Marcus Ehning, Kingsland is pleased to announce that also his younger brother Johannes Ehning is joining the Kingsland team.

To have a Kingsland ambassador and promoter like Marcus in our team is of great value for our brand” says Lin Kingsrød, founder of Kingsland.
Marcus riding career started at the age of seven when taking riding lessons at the local riding club in Borken, Germany. Marcus was very ambitious from the beginning and he very soon got known as a person that never gives up. Today he still lives with his family in Borken, and helps running the family business Sportpferde Ehning. The Ehnings has several top horses at their stable and Plot Blue, Sandro Boy and For Pleasure (d.2011) are only a few of his top rides through his career.
Though the main goal for this season is the Olympics, where Marcus Ehning hopes to be a part of the German team, he is this weekend (19. -22. Of April) competing at the Rolex FEI World Cup Final in s’Hertogenbosch, NED. We wish him all the best and hope his new outfit brings him luck!
