Lamaze still on top of world ranking

Thursday, 07 July 2011

Eric Lamaze - world number one. Photo by Thierry Billet/Sportfot. Eric Lamaze is still on top of the Rolex World Ranking, after reclaiming the green and gold Rolex armband last month. Kevin Staut is – like last month – rank two. McLain Ward has climbed all the way up from rank seven to rank three, while Billy Twomey has fallen down to nr. seven. At rank four we find Rolf-Göran Bengtsson, who holds on to his position from the previous month.

Christian Ahlmann has climbed from rank six to five, and Pius Schwizer from rank eight to six. Denis Lynch has fallen from five to eight, while Edwina Alexander is back in the top ten at rank nine. Simon Delestre has secured rank ten for yet another month. Marcus Ehning has dropped out of the top ten and is now ranked as number twelve.

Outside the top ten, Luciana Diniz has made a big climb from rank 35 to 19. The same goes from Rich Fellers who has climbed from rank 49 to 29.
