Lansink and Nagel go for Scandinavian bred horses

Wednesday, 28 September 2011

Jos Lansink has found himself a Scandinavian bred horse - just like Carsten-Otto Nagel. Photo by Hanne Christensen. Both Jos Lansink and Carsten-Otto Nagel have recently acquired Scandinavian bred horses. Lansink has bought half of the Danish-bred gelding Confidence (Colman x Romino). The eight year old grey competed at the World Breeding Championships at Lanaken as a seven year old with good results, and has also been placed in three Grand Prix classes in the US in 2010.

Danish rider Ulrik Clemmensen bought Confidence as a foal, and will still own the other half of the horse.

Carsten-Otto has purchased the seven year old Swedish bred Alicia SN (Feliciano x Damiro) after the mare was placed in the German Youngster-Tour.
