Manuel Anon wins in London

The young Spanish rider Manuel Anon won the 1.55 Earls Court Olympia Christmas Cracker in London today.  Anon rode the ten year old Voltaire-mare Rackel Chavannaise and was one out of only three riders who produced double clear rounds. The other double clears were Marcus Ehning riding Sabrina (Sandro Boy x Landadel) and Malin Baryard-Johnsen with H&M Tornesch (Lux x Libero H).

34 combinations came to start, and ten of them went on to the jump-off. The British rider tried their best to give the crowds a  home win in London. Peter Charles, Ben Maher and Guy Williams all crossed the finish line at a better time than Anon, but they had to add four faults to their results which placed them as number four, five and six.
