Meredith Michaels-Beerbaum’s Kismet to the US

Kismet 50 has a new rider - here with Meredith in Verden. Photo by Jeny Abrahamsson.Meredith Michaels-Beerbaum’s ride Kismet 50 has been sold to America, and her new rider is Ray Texel. According to proequest.com Howard and Gwen Dvorkin purchased Kismet (Kannan x Furioso II) from Meredith Michaels-Beerbaum’s stable just ahead of the “Olympic deadline” December 31th 2011. The 11 year old BWP-mare has several placings at international Grand Prix level with Meredith, and has been a regular sight on the European showjumping scene.

Texel is a familiar name on the American showjumping circuit: he is 39 years old and rides at international Grand Prix level. Texel is based in Florida, where Kismet has just arrived.
