Michaels-Beerbaum wins German Masters

Friday, 19 November 2010

Meredith Michaels-Beerbaum has certainly made a strong comeback after some time away from the limelight – as is well known Michaels-Beerbaum had a baby girl in February this year.

Last night she gave proof to why she has been at the top of this sport for so many years, by winning the Mercedes German Masters in Stuttgart aboard the forever young Shutterfly. They were ahead of world nr. three Marcus Ehning and Plot Blue, and Patrice Delaveau on Nayana – a nine year old SF-mare. This was Meredith’s second win of the day, and a triumph that can be added to the many other successes since her comeback – including the WEG team gold in Kentucky and a recent world cup win in Lyon. And again the Germans and French took hold of the top. No doubt that Michaels-Beerbaum is back. The guys better watch out.
