Moorsele Grand Prix to Pilar Cordon

Sunday, 02 October 2011

Pilar Cordon won the GP in Moorsele on Coriana van Klapscheut - here she is on Nuage Bleu. Photo by Jenny Abrahamsson. Click here for full results from Moorsele, Belgium.

Pilar Cordon rode Coriana van Klapscheut (Darco x Heartbreaker) – the chestnut mare usually seen with Eric Lamaze – to victory in today’s 3* Grand Prix in Moorsele. Pilar and Coriana had one of only two double clears, and a time that was over 2.6 seconds faster than that of runner-up Lotta Schultz on Larissa 103. Ludo Philippaerts was third on Kassini Jac with a fence down in the jump-off.

Ten out of the about 30 riders in the class proceeded to the jump-off in the class that featured several strong riders and horses.
