The family-affairs are continuing in Maastricht. Today Ludo Philipaert’s sons Nicola and Oliver were on top in the 1.40 class, while the Grand Prix qualifier – a 1.50 class – was won by Gert-Jan Bruggink on the nine year old mare Andrea. Roger-Yves Bost claimed second spot on Nirfane de Kreisker, and Maikel van der Vleuten – another young one with top rider genes - was second aboard VDL Groep Sapphire B, a Mr. Blue mare.
