According to chronofhorse.com Laura Kraut’s top ride Cedric has been sold to Cherry Knoll Farm. The lovely grey gelding was put out on the market already last fall, but suprisingly nothing happened before Olympic deadline like one could have expected.
Kraut then decided to start preparing the horse for the Olympics, and in February Margaret Duprey the owner of Cherry Knoll Farm showed her interest in buying him and be a quiet supporter like Cedric’s previous owner has been Peter Wetherill.
Wetherhill owned the horse under his Happy Hill Farm name, and after Wetherill’s death in February 2010 his family continued Cedric’s ownership. Duprey was a close friend of Wetherill, and Cedric is the first big show jumper she has owned. "She's a horseperson, and she is looking forward to enjoying watching Cedric. It was a win-win for everyone" Kraut stated.
