New potential top horse for Cian

Wednesday, 17 August 2011

Cian O'Connor - here with his former top ride K Club Lady. Photo by Jenny Abrahamsson.Cian O'Connor has recently sold several of his top horses. Now the Irish rider has made an addition to his string of horses as he has bought the eleven year old Concorde gelding Carpe Diem. Carpe Diem has previously been competed by Danish rider Torben Frandsen - then under the name Anton van Het Gonnehof.

O'Connor and Carpe Diem competed at a national show in Ireland this weekend where they were second in the Grand Prix. O'Connor seems to have high hopes for the horse and states at his website that he believes the horse will be his main horse in the future.
