New riders expand the team at Haras de Hus

Thursday, 24 November 2011

Gregory Wathelet is for now the new rider of Gastronom de Hus . Here Wathelet is in action at Oslo Horse Show is October. Photo by Jenny Abrahamsson. The French Stud Haras de Hus, Kevin Staut’s sponsors, have decided to make some changes to their “team”. Due to the privilege that Kevin at this point has too many top horses, the stud will let some of their horses compete under other riders to let them be able to develope on the level they deserve. The stud emphasizes that the arrangement is only  made out of practical reasons as it is Kevin and their collaboration that is their main priority.

The changes that are known so far are that Gregory Wathelet will be competing Gastronom de Hus (by Carthago), while Philippe Le Jeune will take over the ride of the nine year old Papillon Rouge stallion Once de Kreisker - starting this weekend at the 2* show in Strazeele.
