Pictures from Stockholm Horse Show!

Thursday, 01 December 2011

Nina Fagerström almost had the fence down with her leg in the jump-off from the Grand Prix. But somehow it was intact when she landed on the other side. All photos by Jenny Abrahamsson.

Just love the riders faces when they are riding towards the fences. Here is Jens Fredricson...... Piet Raijmakers jr...... and Robert Whitaker. Sometimes we see some fighting faces even over the fences, like Alex Duffe here. The wonderful chestnut Balahe from Douglas Lindelöw always keps his tounge out, even when he is jumping.Carsten-Otto Nagel was in Globen with Cazaro. Angelica Augustsson and Heechhiems Tersina. No wonder that Henrik really belives in his Cristallo. Jessica Kürten was competing Linda Heed's horse Colina for the last time in Globen. Jessica rode it when Linda was having her baby. Malin Baryard-Johnsson and H&M Tornesch. It is not always so easy to warm up in Stockholm, when suddenly a Christmas three is passing by and Lorenzo's 15 horses are loose in the corner. Not to forget all the Santa Clauses and reindeers. No matter who won all the cars and did the best rounds, for the Swedish audience Rolf-Göran Bengtsson was the big star. Rolf flew in from the GCT final during the night to be able to compete in the Grand Prix and be celebrated for his European Gold from the Swedish audience.
